Lands & Culture
Committed to protecting, honoring, and revitalizing the identity, knowledge, and territory of T’eqt’aqtn’mux.
We safeguard our lands, support responsible stewardship, and nurture the language, teachings, and cultural practices that have guided our people since time immemorial.
Our work includes land management, cultural site protection, language revitalization, traditional knowledge sharing, and the delivery of cultural workshops, seasonal activities, and community gatherings. We support Elders and Knowledge Keepers in passing teachings to future generations, and we create opportunities for land-based learning that strengthen identity, belonging, and intergenerational connection.
Rooted in respect for the land and guided by our ancestral teachings, Lands & Culture ensures that our environment, language, and way of life remain strong, accessible, and thriving for all members today and for generations yet to come.
