Lands Department
The Lands & Culture Department protects the lands, language, teachings, and cultural identity of T'eqt'aqtn'mux. Our work connects community members to the land through learning, stewardship, harvesting, and land-based programming, while also managing the Nation’s responsibility to protect its territory.
We combine Elders’ teachings, cultural values, and modern land management to ensure the lands, waters, and traditions of Kanaka Bar remain strong for future generations.
