Wellness & Support

Kanaka Bar Indian Band offers programs that promote balance, healing, cultural wellbeing, and emotional support for all members. Our focus is on creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals and families can access wellness resources, participate in community activities, and strengthen their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

We support wellness through cultural programming, workshops, one-on-one support, referrals, land-based activities, and community-driven healing initiatives.
